The General Data Protection Regulation (or the General Data Protection Regulation) concerns any EU business that stores personal data in its masses. The requirements are complex and the fines for non-compliance are high (up to 4% of the total turnover of the organization or up to 20m euros). The EU data storage requirements introduced by the GDPR are related to organizational and technological measures as well as measures for storing the information in the information system implemented by ORAK.

Personal data is the data by which a person can be identified, such as name, gender, age, personal ID, email, direct phone, photo, bank details, IP address, etc. The value of personal data is often underestimated but, in fact, it is one of the most valuable assets for any business that poses significant risks in improper storage!

- ·to learn about the subject of processing their personal data;
- ·access to your personal data;
- ·to correct mistakes in your personal data;
- ·delete your personal information;
- ·to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data.
