The Prime Minister of Bulgaria awarded ORAK with the Sustainable Innovation award

The special Sustainable Innovation award was presented by the prime minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov to the founder of ORAK – Krasimir Stoyanov, and the executive director Georgi Halachev. The award ceremony was a part of the Seventh National Innovations Forum “Innovations and Communications”, hosted by the “Applied Research and Communications Foundation”, Enterprise Europe Network – Bulgaria, the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism, and the Delegation of the European Commission in Bulgaria. The special award is presented for the first time in Bulgaria and follows the awards in last couple of years for Innovative Enterprise of the Year.

This special award means a lot to us because it shows the path we chose for ORAK’s development as a company, creating global products with high added value potential is the right one.  For us innovations have never been a luminary goal, on the contrary, they have been dedicated to the real business perspectives of the market. I am glad that with our sustainable innovation attitude ORAK sets an example, because Information Technologies are a key sector with huge potential for restoring and developing the Bulgarian and European Economic” – says Krasimir Stoyanov.
